About me.
I like people 😊, problems 🧩 & figuring things out 🤔
I’m a product designer 👋️ working across SaaS, AI and conversational experiences. Over the last 12 years ⏳ I’ve worked on everything from mobile apps 📲 to enterprise customer software 🖥️ usually somewhere in the messy bit where nobody quite knows what the product should do yet.
These days, I’m at Freshworks 🙌 designing AI Agents 🤖 Copilot 👨✈️ Conversational AIX 💬 and Omni channel experiences. I like working alongside people rather than simply designing for them 💙 figuring things out together and turning ideas into experiences that feel right 🫶
